2016 MPGC Conference

Welcome from Dawn M. Fish, CFRE, Dunwoody College of Technology and Alex Bakkum, US Bank
Co-Chairs, 2016 MPGC Conference

40 years of Promoting Philanthropy Through Planned Giving

For 40 years, MPGC has been bringing an annual conference to gift planners, professional fundraisers, attorneys and financial advisors from across Minnesota and far beyond. Providing a two-day conference centered upon your professional growth is important to us.

This year, your conference committee is working diligently to deliver a conference that exceeds the longstanding reputation of MPGC’s annual gathering. This is a tall order, but not too tall for the ambitious, experienced professionals who are volunteering their time and talent on this year’s conference committee. We are confident that the roster of plenary speakers and breakouts we are able to offer exemplifies the finest breadth, depth and scope of relevant speakers available at an outstanding value. Your previous conference feedback guided our process. We hope you will gain new insights and knowledge, and feel inspired and motivated by what you experience at this, the 40th MPGC Annual Conference.

We are grateful and glad that you will consider joining us for the 40th Anniversary MPGC Annual Conference. We look forward to seeing you November 16-17 at St. Paul RiverCentre, preceded by the A Brisk Walk Through the Basics of Planned Giving on November 15.

Why Should You Attend?

  • Outstanding faculty and program that incorporates great national speakers while continuing to showcase local expertise.
  • Unmatched networking with colleagues, non-profit executives, advisors, sponsors and exhibitors.
  • A wonderful venue, meals and refreshments, as part of your registration fee.
  • Convenient accommodations for out-of-town attendees.
