Post Conference Information for Attendees

Thank you for attending this year’s conference. We hope you enjoyed the conference and found it to be rewarding and beneficial to you in your work.

Please share with us your thoughts about this year’s conference and advice about future conferences. You may use the conference evaluation form, which is an important tool that will help us improve the conference for next year. If you haven’t returned one already, please complete the evaluation form and send it by e-mail or fax to the MPGC office.

Please also fax or mail any speaker evaluation forms you may still have on hand (available in each speaker section of your conference binder). We welcome and appreciate your feedback!

If you signed up to receive continuing education credits during the conference, you may contact the MPGC office beginning December 1, 2007 to obtain a letter confirming which sessions you attended and how many credit hours you earned.

If you are interested in receiving a final, completely up-to-date roster of attendees so you can stay in touch with the people you met during the conference, please contact the MPGC office.

We have several extra conference proceedings notebooks and CDs available. If you would like to purchase an extra proceedings notebook for use by a colleague in your office, simply complete and return the order form. The cost per binder/CD package is $40, which includes printing, shipping, and handling costs.
